Mechanics & Environmental Dynamics
The Stepping Stone is the foundational hydrological tool in World 1. Displaced by heroes into shallow water, it flies in a straight line until colliding with an opposing bank or obstacle, sinking into place to create a permanent walking tile.
Operational Rules
- Irreversible Commitment: Sunken stones cannot be retrieved. Always ensure a canal is no longer needed for boat transit before dropping stones.
- Banking Trajectories: Bank stones off diagonal shore obstacles to curve stepping paths around blind corners.
